Eventually the government created a national immigration policy For the United States and the need for special officers for implementing this national immigration policy. 'Immigrant Inspectors', were stationed at major U.S. ports of entry collecting manifests of arriving passengers. Its largest station was located on Ellis Island in New York harbor.

All of us unless we are from the Native American community, can all find in our own family history some connection to a path that led to the American dream. It might be either through some form of spouse immigration or a work visa.

Who Is Eligible For CPP Disability Benefits?

The monthly benefits under Canada Pension Plan can be availed by anyone who is under 65 years of age and has stopped working due to a disability caused by a medical condition. This disability has to be prolonged and severe one. Only the person who has been contributing to the Canada Pension Plan for at least four out of the last six years is qualified for the CPP disability benefits. Also a person contributing to the CPP for at least 25 years and making contribution for the three of the last six years is qualified for this.

Anyone who meets all these conditions is eligible for these disability benefits.
