Getting Couples Counselling Help

January 25th, 2008 by admin

I live with my husband in Montana and we have been married for the past twenty years and have two teenaged children. Though, everything was just fine in our relationship upto a point, there was some discontentment which started setting in about two years back.

After twenty years of marriage, a monotonous lifestyle has finally taken its toll on both of us. We have wonderful children and we share a lovely relationship with them. In spite of this, our marriage seems very shaky.

When I was discussing this with one of my friends, Laura, she suggested we take the help of couples counseling and also referred me to a good one in our locality. I decided to go ahead. Luckily, my husband agreed to go with me and after a year of counselling we are back on track and happy as ever.
