Hot Flashes And Menopause

Are you experiencing global warming first hand? If you are then you are probably having hot flashes. Hot flashes are a sure sign of menopause or perimenopause symptoms. Three out of four women will experience hot flashes and one out of ten will be truly miserable. Hot flashes and menopause just seem to go hand and hand for most women. 

Hot flashes are nothing more than the blood vessels near the skins surface dialiating. This condition will often cause redness in the face and neck as well. This is perfectly normal and is nothing to be concerned about.

Although you can't prevent hot flashes, some things have been known to trigger them. Some of these trigger items are stress, alcohol, caffeine, cigarettes and spicy foods. The best way to ease the severity of hot flashes is to try to avoid these things.

Female Hair Loss

It doesn’t need to be told that hair is quite an important aspect in the overall presentation of one’s personality. Isn’t it? Whether you are a man or a woman, the presence/absence of hair can play a very vital role in defining your very outlook which, in turn, often has a lot to do with your entire personality factor. It holds more for women perhaps. At least, no woman under the sun would want to face the menace of receding hair. Hence, Female Hair Loss is such a big issue.
